I picked this fan up to sit underneath my monitor for working from home and it has really been a fantastic addition to my desk.
To address my point around the title and description, at the time of writing this is claimed to be a "4 in1 Mini Air Conditioners Personal Mobile Compact Evaporative Cooler". However, I can assure you it's the item pictured, that being a black desk fan.
In terms of size, this has a diameter of about 14 centimetres so you get plenty of airflow from this! The size and the fact its lightweight also make this ideal for portability.
This is controlled by two buttons on the back; an 'on' and 'off button. The on button cycles through the 5 speed modes as well as off, or you can simply press the off button to immediately turn the fan off regardless of the current fan speed. The sound is quite loud at speeds 4 and 5 but it's not overly distracting if you have headphones on.
There is unfortunately no way to tell the current battery level (from what I can tell) which is really disappointing for a portable fan. However, I have found this gives a few hours of battery life at speeds 1-3. Thankfully this can be continuously powered by USB-C or you can leave it to charge. Given this sits on my desk battery isn't really a worry for me since a cable is always nearby.
The fan can also be adjusted on the horizontal axis and can spin a full 360 degrees so it's perfect if you need to quickly readjust to find a suitable angle.
Overall, I don't have any major complaints that would warrant giving this any less than 5 stars. It seems a lot of the 1 star reviews are surrounding whatever item is listed in the title and description.
